Abstractr: In the system of the Russian State Medico-Dosimetric Registry (RSMDR), in 1994, was organized and implemented a significant amount of theoretical and practical work, which allowed to provide automated personal accounting, collection, storage and analysis of medical and dosimetric data on persons exposed to radiation as a result of the disaster at Chernobyl.
