Abstract: The invention can be used for disinfection of hand from domestic, oily and radioactive contamination. It does not require any auxiliary equipment. Abstract: The invention relates to field of medicine, in detail, to cleaner for hygienic purposes. It is meant to clean skin and hair of the human body, laundry in the rinsing step and surfaces of various materials. The cleaner contains trilon B, water, lactoserum, ascorbic or citric or salicylic acid, in the following component ratio, wt. %: lactoserum: 3.0~6.0, ascorbic or citric or salicylic acid: 0.1~0.5, trilon B: 0.1~0.5, water: the rest. In addition, the cleaner may contain the followings: humate, mineral acid, glycols and surfactants.
