Abstract: The invention can be used for disinfection of hand from domestic, oily and radioactive contamination. It does not require any auxiliary equipment. The solution used for disinfection contains the followings: vinyl alcohol copolymer, with vinyl acetate, polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride and water in certain proportions.
